INFORMATION ARCHITECTURE
My biggest challenge was still distilling a long list of features into an efficient and focused selection, as NFT marketplaces are often cluttered with unnecessary tools. Using insights from my research and closely communicating with the client, I developed a feature set and site map to organize the hierarchy of features and information.

Using insights from my research and closely communicating with the client, I developed a feature set and site map to organize the hierarchy of features and information.
I decided to separate my marketplace into 2 main sections: 1) collections and 2) portfolio. The collections tab was where you can browse all the available NFT collections on the blockchain, see the analytics of each project, and buy the NFTs themselves. The portfolio tab was where you could find your own personal information - data on all the NFTs you own, as well as actions such as transferring your NFTs to another wallet and listing your NFTs up for sale.
I then developed a user flow for the primary activity of buying an NFT, addressing scenarios where users may not have sufficient liquidity. This user flow captures a common situation in the web3 NFT space: a user wants to purchase an NFT but may lack the necessary liquidity. The process includes the following steps: 1) determining whether the user has enough cash on hand to buy the NFT, 2) providing options for generating liquidity if they don't, and 3) completing the NFT purchase, which is the ultimate goal of this user flow.
