MID-FIDELITY WIREFRAMES
The website was initially organized in 5 tabs: My Tickets, My Rewards, My Gifts, Gift History, and Results. Upon seeing the mid-fi screens, we decided that it was too convoluted for the user. We decided to redo the user flow and simplify the tabs to avoid user confusion.
The 5 tabs were condensed into 1 singular main screen: My Tickets. I initially envisioned “Gift History” as a way for users to track gifted tickets, but after several iterations, we decided to eliminate this feature and instead display it as information on a popup, alongside other relevant information such as the drawing date, whether or not a ticket won, etc. “My Rewards” was also integrated into this same information modal. “My Gifts” and “My Tickets” were unified into one screen - we decided we could just add a little touchtip to indicate whether or not a ticket was gifted.
Another feature that underwent several changes was the banner's displayed information: Should it include buttons for users to click on in order to spin for their tickets, or should it present key data like the number of tickets redeemed or won? Should a large modal show the countdown to the next drawing or the total prize money? After multiple iterations, we eventually landed on the optimal combination of information to display.
